Installation of Network Cameras at Intersections

The City of Umatilla, Oregon, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of high-definition network cameras at various intersections within the City. The work includes the installation of cameras (Axis Q6010-E, Axis Q6078-E PTZ), cabinets, and mounts, as well as associated power infrastructure and dark fiber or equivalent connectivity to City Hall. An encrypted wireless alternative is also quoted. The project also includes testing, commissioning, and termination at City Hall.

A separate line item for a 5-year support and maintenance agreement, including technical support, replacement parts, and guaranteed response times, must be provided.

Proposals are due September 5, 2025, and may be submitted electronically to IT@umatilla.gov or in hard copy to: City of Umatilla, c/o Nanci Sandoval, P.O. Box 130, Umatilla, OR 97882. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
