Public Records Request

Notice: This form is provided in accordance with ORS 192.311 – 192.478. Records requests are processed in the order they are received. If a request is denied, the reason for denial will be provided as required by the Oregon Records Law (ORS 192.401, 192.411, 192.415, 192.418, 192.422, 192.427, and 192.311). Payment must be received before the requested records are released. The City Recorder will contact you with an update and the total fees due before processing your request.
