Phase 1: Powerline Road and Madison Improvements

DESCRIPTION

This City project will involve widening and improving Powerline Road from Pine Tree Lane to Jefferson Street, as well as widening Madison Street between McFarland and Powerline Road. The planned improvements include a new aggregate base for Madison Street, asphalt paving, curb and gutter installation, sidewalks, ADA-compliant driveways and pedestrian ramps, storm drainage enhancements, improved street illumination, and updated signage.

Why it's needed - These upgrades aim to enhance infrastructure, safety, and accessibility within the project area.
