-Community Development- Contact: Brandon Seitz DESCRIPTIONThe city has partnered with MERJE to develop a Wayfinding and Signage Master Plan. Why it's needed? The goal of the plan is intended to guide motorist, bicyclist and pedestrians along and through the streets, sidewalks and public spaces through the city. The Plan will be flexible to accommodate future changes. The design will be unique to Umatilla and reflect the brand, character and culture of the community. The plan will be a phased approach, with signage directing people to historic downtown, parks etc. from various city entry points. FINANCIAL
