The City Council of the City of Umatilla, Oregon, will consider approval of the following proposed ordinance during its regularly scheduled Council meeting on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Umatilla City Hall Council Chambers.

ORDINANCE NO. 879

Ordinance No. 879. An Ordinance of the Umatilla City Council declaring that blighted areas exist in the City of Umatilla, establishing the need for an Urban Renewal Agency in the City, and electing a method for exercising the power of an Urban Renewal Agency within the City. Creating Title 2, Chapter 8 of the Umatilla Municipal Code.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at Umatilla City Hall, located at 700 6^th Street, Umatilla, OR, 97882, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
