City of Umatilla is seeking a construction manager/general contractor to handle the preconstruction support and construction of their new police station located in Umatilla, Oregon. A full copy of the RFP documents is included in the files below. Questions pertaining to this RFP shall be presented in writing to: Melissa Ince - melissa.ince@umatilla.gov

An optional pre-proposal meeting is planned for 10 am PST on September 6th, 2024 at the existing police station. Proposals will be due electronically to Melissa Ince by 2:00 pm PST on September 18th, 2024. Proposals will not be accepted after this hour and date. There will be no public opening. This RFP will result in a public improvement public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
